Family Chiropractic

Life is exhausting. Whether you are a kiddo, a parent to littles, or a grandparent, we provide neurologically-focused care for the whole family. As parents ourselves, we get it. Parenting can be very stressful, but it does not have to be that way.

Our kiddos watch what we do. If we are constantly living life in stress-mode, wound-up and worn out, and never taking care of ourselves and our nervous systems, our kids notice.

But the opposite is also true. If we model for our kids what it looks like to have regulated nervous systems, to care for ourselves and our bodies by staying healthy at a foundational level, our kids will also notice that and follow suit.
